Donabe pots are ideal for cooking rice, as they heat up and cool down quickly.
This adorable round shape and ceramic construction allow for good convection in the rice, resulting in deliciously cooked rice.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes over medium heat, then 3 minutes over low heat, then turn off the heat and let it steep for 20 minutes.
This pot is for direct heat only. It can also be used in the microwave or oven for heating.
It cannot be used on an induction cooktop.

Small (3-cup capacity)
This is the most convenient size for everyday use. Great for miso soup, simmered dishes, and more.
